Art Foundation: Fine Art

hi 得意げ

I was working through the night till morning I painted my
work with acrylic paint and also worked on my sketchbook work にひひ.
I painted two wood peices that acted as buildings for my work. I mixed
black and light green together to give me a shade of green inside the black
colour. にひひ It worked which I was very happy about hehe 得意げ.

Today I carried all my things to college in a big bag that was so heavy,
my joints in ma arm started to hurt so much.
I was early at college which is normal so I did some sketchbook work, than
went to class to start setting up my work. シラー
It took me around 30-40 minutes to set my chess board I made, the chess pieces
and the items taht would act as buildings together.
Pak (Fine art lecturer) wanted to start aat around 9.30am, so I had to leave my
setting up for later, when there was break time. にひひ
We saw the presentation of Kerry, Helena and Jilal who did a great job, especially
Kerry with her animation. ニコニコ
It was than when Pak said we can have a break as we have a long day to go, so right he was...
I got help from Sabba and Zulfikar to set up the chess pieces so I could shine
the light onto the pieces so the crack between it would show up. ニコニコ
That is when the light that Zulfikar palced into position and put on went off after
5 minutes. Sabba, Zulfikar and me tried to test out the rest of the sockets to see
if they worked, but they did not!! 叫び
It was than when we heard an alarm going off and a teacher coming in saying
taht we need to leave the class and evacuate as the college is not safe.
かお
We waited an hour outside in the cold, talking about how we wanted to do the presentation
to get feedback and enjoy the last fine art lesson with Pak. ガーン
After waiting so long we saw our tutor Graham, who said that the whole electricity in
Sutton went off. ショック! かお
Very odd and therefore we only could go back inside the building with Pak to pack up
our work. It was very annoying because once everyone went and I packed up
all the things taht took me so long to put out, the electricity came back on. むっ
Pak said that we might as well go home as no-one was here anymore, and said
that he even had a good bye speech prepared for the whole class ガーン was really
nice for him, shame he could not say it to the whole class かお.

Digital Application

hii.. ニコニコ

Digital application, well I was awake till 2 am I gues
and had to wake up at 6am so I slept around 4 hours maybe むっ
not great at all, headache and a presentation to do at college
for taht subject as well むっ ガーン.
I really liked that subject a lot and was kind of happy to get th
presentation over and done with. にひひ However things did not go as planned....
Yeah well firstly all the other presentations that were done bfore mine were
really good so it kind of put me off a little ガーン しょぼん. When my turn came,
I started off to talk about Visual Kei and Architecture and that is when
I dug up my own grave ガーン かお ショック! しょぼん.
I was just about to explain what I think Visual Kei is and what the actual
menaing is, after I showed them the
PV for Invisible Wall by the GazettE.
I only let them see a little of it, as I did not wanna take too much time,
but that is when Adam started to say on how they are different to artist
here.
I thought I gave a good answer on how I think Visual Kei
is the best things there are in this world ラブラブ! にひひ
Simply put I was unable to tell them that I thought Visual Kei is the best thing
to pick when talking about music and architetcure because they both different things
but have the common link of showing their emotions through appea
rance and style.
For me Visual Kei was the best style to show the link between those two different things.

But to say something good the A0 Zine that we printed in black and white
came out really good and I liked it.

Art Foundation: 3D Final Day

hi にひひ

I have not blogged for what seems like ages lol ビックリマーク
Well reason being is that the last 3 days I got only a total of
12 hours of sleep. So 4 hours each night ガーン かお...
I am really tired that is why I have been drinking energy drinks
and eating chocolates to give me energy and keep me awake lol ニコニコ.
Monday was really long and tiring. I had to show my work of the tunnel
I did.
The class was really tired after everyone presented their work and got their
feedback from everyone. ガーン ショック! I was amazed how I was still awake lol.
Sabba came before me and her work was really good にひひ. Even though
it was only a 10minute presentation it was as if my head was going to
explode and as if I would not know what to say anymore with everyone
staring right at you かお really scary that was. I am saying that, who does
not even get scared of horror movies ガーン lol.
Well I did try my best with presenting my work and talking about the process
on how things went, what artist I looked at and how I came up with that theme.
I got some critisism on how my model does not really work with the idea
on how to show the positive side of man-made things with nature. シラー
The reason being, for the model I used materials like plastic シラー which is not
really the most friendliest thing in the world. Well I answered to why I
used that material and why I did not paint the model, which were because glass
would have taken too long to make for the model, as it had to be shaped right.
Time was a huge factor as I did not think of the idea soon enough on what to
make, and when I did know waht to do, well I only had a week left to make it.
ガーンかおショック!
Anyhow even though the presentation was a lot of stress and pain to go through
I made it out alive!! lol べーっだ!
and to make life even better I passed 3D subject as well クラッカーlol so no need to worry
about it.

Art Foundation: 3D & Fine Art

hii 得意げ

I am really trying to finish off my 3D work as Kate
wants it in tomorrow ガーン....
Well Friday was really a pain, on our day off me and Sabba
went to college to do our work for 3D and Fine Art むっ.
What made it worse was that my model of the tunnel was falling apart,
and that I wasted maybe a full hour or more to fix it back up !! あせる
Well I had to ask Jamie, the assistant in the workshop to help me out,
so he helped me by getting all sorts of weights and clamps to hold
the whole model in place ショック! 叫び.
It looked hilarious to see such a small model having soo many clamps onビックリマーク
Here you can see for yourself lol にひひ ダウン

Yes, well waiting for it to join together, which Jamie said I should let it stay
like that for the weekend, I went back to do my Fine Art work.
I have let my imagination on the loose with that, so I am enjoying it
even though there is so much work to do that I am thinking how I will ever
complete it!! にひひ

Pak (Fine art lecturer) gave me an idea on how I could use a chess board
instead of a plain board, so I thought I make one myself, which I completed,

Than I carried on drawing lines onto the chess pieces which half was covered
in white using tip es. It gave a good effect, because it seemed it was
made out of plaster. ひらめき電球 得意げ にひひ
I used my sharpie pens, as they suppose to be able to draw on anything and
everything lol, to draw lines to mkae them colourful and eye catching. ラブラブ! lol
ダウン目 in the back you can se the sharpie pens that I used!!

I than thought about creating stair cases using white card and wood!!
ひらめき電球 べーっだ!
I cut the wood, well you will think it is immpossible to do, with scissors
lol. The wood was thin so I was able to cut it into small piecesビックリマーク目
I used the glue gun to glue some pieces together and than stuck it
onto the white card that I cut out before, to make them seem as steps!!
